can i take admission in iiest shibpur

My admission happened through JOSAA by considering the JEE marks and rank. The counselling process is similar for every students in the college, expect for the foreign students apply through DASA. I have applied for NIT Durgapur and in my college, I have applied for IT too. The rank and cutoff choose me my department. The admission criteria for my program is based on the ranking in JEE mains exam.The minimum cut off rank to take admission in this program is 30,000 and my ranking was 19,000 in OBC-B quota.
