Likes

I like the faculty of my college as teachers are very literate and are very frank.
I liked the socienties in my college as they are enough active and good to attract students.
Overall i liked the faculty i can't discuss about all things as i don't know anything about placements.

Dislikes

One thing i don't like about my college is that the campus is not very big.

Course Curriculum Overview

I had chose physics honours as i have interest in thi field. The faculty:student ratio if enough to maintain all things properly ,their is only one problem that is about additional course their is only one professor who handle the whole allotment of additional courses which make it hard for both professor and students to smoothly process any query or mistake. The teaching method of faculty is good all faculty members are good in their own way and all are either M.sc passed or have PHD degrees . Term exams are in every around 5 months which make it hard for students as we don't get enough time if anyone got late admission or had faced any kinda problem..

I haven't experienced any interahips as i am in 1st semester of my college life and also i don't know about projects and outcomes to clarify the tasks so i don't think i should blabber about something i haven't experienced.

From 3 year students are elligible for placements as i am in 1st semester i don't know much about placements but as i read on google the average package a student can get in my college is 5-6 LPA and in my opinion it's a decent package.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of study is not high delhi university have all courses in very low fees and i don't know if the fees hike or not so it's better if i don't say anything about that,the only problem i am facing is high travelling cost as where i live is far from college.. As i am in 1st semester i don't know anything about job we get on campus and all..

Campus Life

As i am in 1st semester i don't know much about fests and all but as i have experienced freshers party and it was not best but pretty good...and a literature fest where i liked manoj muntashir talks as i love poetry and that literature fest was very good...

Admission

To get admission in DU, one need to clear cuet exam i got 343 marks in total out of 600 and in 3rd round of csas i got kirori mal college which is a north campus college of DU. One can get application form,fees and application dates on csas portal. I am satisfied with the admission process..

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Main exam was CUET. We should crack it with high marks... More than 98 percentile to get into the prestigious north campus of Delhi University. My college KMC comes under north campus and I'm really happy. I chose this college because it is one of the best for my course. It ranked 3rd in whole india for political science. I wanted it admission process is easy. After cuet results are published u have to fill csas portal. And you can see your rank and college allotted in the first round. The. Document verification. Afte that you will get gmail from the college and university. Cut off is almost 99 percentile in north campus. It's really difficult to get in. For humanities and commerce students choose DU.
