Course Curriculum Overview
I opted for B.Sc(H)Computer Science, the course is good but the faculty is subpar, they all have great qualifications but their teaching isn't, although some of the teachers are really great. This might be different with other courses. There are 2 semester exams every year and in my first year due to CUET the admissions were late which messed up the exam schedule but in second year the exams are going on timely. Exams aren't that difficult can be aced easily if you study well.
Internships Opportunities
Internship and placements drive occur every year but I haven't participated in one so can't say much about it. For what I have heard from seniors there are a lot of companies just not the big ones like Google, Microsoft etc. and the average package is 5-6 lpa.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees of B.Sc(H)CS in ARSD College is 56k per year which is the highest in DU if I remember correctly. Even in ARSD itself the difference between the course with highest and second highest fees is of about 30k and there is not hostel in this college as well so if you live far away consider adding the expense of travel or PG/Flat. Fees of other courses isn't that high mostly below 25k even the fees of my course isn't that high if you compare it with other Universities. Placement or internship drive happens every year but I don't have much idea about that yet so can't say anything.
Campus Life
There is a lot of hype of DU from where I come due to which I was disappointed after entering the college. It's decent but don't have high expectations. The campus is neither too big nor too small, library is really big with lots of books just not enough sitting space. Classrooms are quite big all equipped with projectors and for my course there are more than enough computers. As for sports there is a decently big ground with most of the sports equipment present and there are competitions conducted regularly. There are lot of societies as well you can join one as per your interest.
Admission
I got admission in ARSD College in DU through CUET, this was the first time CUET was conducted and there were a lot of issues from announcement of exams dates to results. After the results were announced then the admission was upto DU which went pretty smoothly.
