- Sports facilities are very good . IIT BHU has one of the best sports facility across all iit of india.

Dislikes
- The thing i disliked about is that it is an open campus and anyone can enter in the campus without any check.
- Mess food in the hostel are not very good.
- Room are congested two sharing rooms are shared by three people.
Course Curriculum Overview
I am in Biochemical engineering branch of IIT BHU I have choosen this branch as it has a lot of potential in future for medcines and research. Faculty are very qualified having done Phd from abroad. Teachers here teach through whiteboard and projectors. Exam here are held as midsem and end sem exam in a single semester. The difficulty of the exam are always average.
Internships Opportunities
IIT BHU provide good interhsip opportunities to students. This year the top recuiters were Microsoft Goldmann sachs google apple etc. The role offered by them was mojarily of software devlepor The highest stiped offrered was 4.5lakh per month lowest was 39k and average was1.15 lakh per month.
Placement Experience
As usual the placement was on high peak for upper branches and for lower branches is satisfactory. After 6th semester students were eligible for placements. Companies like google, amazon flipkart goldmann sacs reliance tata sprinkler jp Morgan Mercedes uber qualcomm etc. Total no. Of the offers this year was 924 and total companies came was 277. Highest package this year was 1.68 cr from CSE and average package was 20lakh Percentage of students getting placed was 80percent I want to do research after the degree
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure Academic fees 106350 Mess fees 15000 Many scholarship are provided to students for their financial assistance of the students for example nc jain scholarship, jagmohan and manju scholarship etc.
Campus Life
IIT BHU is situated in varanasi so it has more traditional way of living. Life in the campus is more good. There are three fest organized in the Institute Spardha: sports fest organized during sept or oct Kashiyatra:Cultural fest organized during jan Technex:tech fest organized during March IIT BHU provide good library facility with a loot of books and journal related to acdemic and other intrest too. Classrooms in IIT BHU are equipped with good amount of seats with a green board and projector facility . It has no ac facility. IIT BHU has one of the best sports facility across all the IIT in the India also the clubs in the Institute provides you all round development. The clubs include music dancing speaking robotics aerospace photography video making etc.
Hostel Facilities
IIT BHU is a residential Institute so it provides hostel facility to all the students admitted in the Institute. In the first year the room is a three sharing room with two almirah two table and two chairs and three beds. All rooms are well ventilated with a window in it. Mess food of the hostel is not very good . There is menu specified for each day of the week. The registration process is very simple and it happens when you get the admission In the Institute. The hostel room rent fees is 200rupees and mess fees is 15000 per semester.
Admission
The entrance to IIT BHU is through jee advanced exam. Those students having pcm in class 12th are eligible for writing this exam. We have to qualify jee mains and then we have to get the required cutoff to be eligible for admission process. Then we have to apply for josaa counselling to get IIT. The admission process is very simple and easy. Also there are reservation benefits to the backward classes.
