Course Curriculum Overview

I like btech and my family also like this so I choose. Different types of facilities . Our faculties are too good and there teaching methods are really helpful. Yes it's tough but if students decide yes we dod it then they dod it and easily pass the exam then not so tough it is!

There is a opportunity of Swami Vivekananda schlorship by which students get 60k per year based on their cgpa. When students cgpa up to 6.5 then they get the Swami Vivekananda scholarship up to 4 years

Campus Life

Our fest name is name is YAGVIK which conducted last year in our college. All types of books available in our college library . In college campus available busket ball court,batmintan court or many types of indoor and out door games available. Our clg cultural club HRIDMAJHARE which organised by clg students.

Admission

I can pass west Bengal joint entrance exam then though counseling .the eligibility of the course is after passing the higher secondary examination then any clearing entrance exam. In higher secondary exam science group (physics,chemistry ,math)marks 60 percentage atleast.

Placement Experience:

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

It's my decision from class 12 that I will do civil engineering, so I chose the civil branch, the course curriculum is well and the teaching level is good but the main problem is lab, there is very limited classes for lab, so I think they should improve there.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
