I chose this course because I was personally interested to explore the field of financial markets. The faculty is excellent. They take interactive lectures to make it more interesting. The teachers are well qualified. The exams are conducted in every 6 months which is quite easy to pass because the syllabus is completed timely.

Class Size: 50Course Fees: INR 20000 per year

Internships Opportunities

There are various internship opportunities provided by the placement cell of the college. These internships are both paid and unpaid. These helps students to explore various career opportunities related to their field.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees structure is quite affordable. Financial assistance is provided to those who cannot afford it. There are many scholarship schemes also which can help economically backward students to continue with their studies.

Campus Life

The annual fest of the college is TARANGAN. The campus life is very happening and vibrant. There are many clubs and societies run by students. Library is top notch. All the books are easily available there. There is also a cyber library with good number of computers.

Admission

The admission process included filling the application form timely. The eligibility criteria was to pass 10+2 from any recognised board. The application form and all the details regarding the admission process and reservation was available on college website.

TCSC is tremendous!

Placement Experience:

At TCSC placements are quite good as anyone. Even the SOBO colleges and Mithibai don't have placements as good as us. So this is why I always dreamt of studying here because since last 6-7 years, Thakur College placements have gone better and higher.

Bhavans college was a well-known college. It is close to railway as well as metro station so no travel problem Sports ground was available. All modern facilities such as lab, computer class were available Big library available. Nice and big campus

Remarks:

The good thing is that the college was not strict and was never forcing us to study rather it was seeing to it that it gave us proper advice and help us reach more towards my career goal. The bad part would be there were may staff which was very dull and was not kind, and no importance was given to correct their behaviour although it was evident by all.

TCSC is tremendous!

Admission was on 12th score as cut-off for Maharashtra board students was 78% and for other boards if from Maharashtra it was 84%. For OMS (Outside Maharashtra) it was 88%. So I was in that 84 % bracket and made it just by edge as mine was 86%. Nearly 300 seats and over 30k students compete for that....Read More
