- Academics are very good and faculties are very much helpful

- Small campus rcciit have not a big campus.
- Placement should be increased for which more eligible students get placements.
- Some of lab infrastructure is not up to the mark.
Course Curriculum Overview
I always want to be a engineer so after WBJEE results I thought that according to my rank this college will be a good choice Faculty student ratio is approximately 1:30 and faculties are qualified enough most of them are phd holder in their respective fields. There are two semesters exam each year taken by makaut University which is difficult but if anyone study properly he or she can pass easily
Internships Opportunities
There are many internships in the 4th year.college arranges internship opportunities for students and students also find internship with their own which also offer some stipend after internship students are placed full at a position of software developer,web developer ,data analyst etc position according to their skills
Placement Experience
Students are eligible to sit for placement after 6th semester.There are many companies who visits our college like TCS, Capgemini, Infosys,BMC,Tavisca etc and most of the students gate place from cse and IT. The average pakage is about 4 to 5 lakhs where the highest pakage is about 14 lpa from BMC software company. Every year 70 to 80 percentage students who are eligible get placed. My plan is appearing gate and pursue masters in cs
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost of study is approximately 4.5 lakh in academic year 2022-26 but I recently came to know fees have been increased. There are many scholarship to assist students like Swami Vivekananda merit cum mean scholarship which gives 60k per year to west domiciled students with poor financial background.There is also other scholarships like Oasis and Education loan like West Bengal student credit card scheme available.
Campus Life
The annual fest is Regalia and tech fest is techtrix which are quite famous among students. There are many books available in library from where students can borrow books and they can also borrow book for a whole semester from book bank of the college. There is also a annual sports tournament name G.O.T (Game of thrones) where different types of sports are arranged
Admission
Students who are qualified in wbjee with rank 20k-25k under general category are eligible for Computer Science department as it was most demanding students can also opt for Information Technology department which is also very good in this college which required around 25k-30k rank and students who are interested in electrronics they can also choose Electronics and communication engineering and Electrical Engineering which was also taught good in this college . Admission in CS and IT is strictly based on rank of wbjee exam but for ECE and Electrical there are some management quota as but major percentage of admission filled with wbjee qualified students with valid rank . Admision mainly took place in august-september when Wbjee counselling starts.student with Jee mains rankcan also apply for counselling and get admission in this college as some seats were reserved for them. There are reservation for obc sc st other categories for them relaxiontion of rank is also exists.
