I choose this course because I am very interesting in coding or something do it using computer or laptop. My childhood time to till now I want to became a software engineer.so I am selected this course and the faculty is very good with eco friendly teaching environment.

Class Size: 58Course Fees: INR 205000 per year

The internship the clg provides paid internship in after 4th sem and after 6 th sem some students are get internship by some MNCs.But very hard work and skills required to get internship from university

Placement Experience

The placement process is moderate and normal you can get placement if you are a CSE student of b tech but the CSE student are more and the compidition is more the max 90 percentage students are get placed per year but it varies year by year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees is moderate as compared to other engineering clg in odisha for b tech CSE the fees str in 2021 around 135000 and every year it increases 10-15 thousand and hostel fees around 72000 and the scholarship point of view the student can apply the government scholarship of odisha or central government scholarship.

Campus Life

The campus life is good.every year one cultural fest and tech fest is conducted and the many clubs are there based on technical skills and the sports and games and some extra curriculum activity is also conducted

Hostel Facilities

The hostel Life is moderate state for me the free wifi provided and fees around 72000 per year and the meal str like morning time brakefast and evening time snacks i.e biscuit and chai etc and dinner at night time

Hostel Fee: INR 73000 per year

Admission

The application process is very easy you can get admission through jee mains or university entrance examination.The eligibility of this course is the student must passout 12th in science stream. Iam pursuing this course through the jee mains.

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

A Complete Review of KIIT University from a Student's View

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft
