Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because of great opportunities ahead and I would have a great knowledge.The faculty student ratio is quite nice in this university. The faculty of this university were well educated and qualified with great behaviour.The teaching method of the faculties were very appropriate and understandable.The examinations were usually on time. Examinations were easy to pass if a candidate had at least attended 70% of daily classes.

Class Size: 1400Course Fees: INR 12000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure was very affordable. In this university one can avail all the government scholarship and university also organise scholarship tests . "Student credit card"& "Mukhyamantri Kanya utthan yojna" were some major scholarship availed by students. No job opportunities in this university campus. Campus placements are not present in this university.

Campus Life

There is an annual fest conducted by university every year in month of November /December . Besides annual fest tech fest, sports fest, freshers party, farewell party are also organised. Books and journals were present in library. Daily newspaper could also be read by candidate. Sports and extra curricular activities were also conducted. There is no such particular group,clubs, or website for students run by students

Admission

At first we had to apply online on the Bihar board official portal as I had previously done during 12th admission in this university. The form had basic details to be filled like name, father's name, mother's name,D.O.B,Class 10th marksheet,Class 10th roll code etc. The eligibility in this course was on the basis of merit list which was later released by the university after submission of forms. Application form could found on the official portal of Tilkamanjhi Bhagalpur University.The fee of application was ?300 . Every year after the official announcement of class 12th board examinations. I have availed reservation benefit but not that much more because I belong to OBC category,the major reservation benefits were for SC & ST category candidates. Cut off was lesser for OBC & SC/ST candidates. I don't think there should be any improvement in the admission procedure as it was nice and fair .

I was quite good with economics that's why I chose that and for that I need to went through 2 tier exam one was gs which I need to qualify for the 2nd one which is related to my subject and in 3 year i had 6 samasters and 6 pre semesters.

From last year students become eligible for campus placements. Companies like utkarsh small finance bank , Wipro visit our campus. In my batch , 20 student got placed. The average package offered was 15K per month and highest package offered was 25K per month. About 20% student had got placed. My plan is to get into reputed instution like iim, fms for MBA.

Remarks:

The state open university follows the rule and regulations of UGC, so the fee structure is transparent and very much nominal which is also much lower than any other college in the state. The payment mode like bank draft, online payment etc. is easily accepted by the college. Cash payments is not acceptable.

so i applied for BHU Banaras Hindu University and i got the Vasantas College OF Womens with B .COM [HONS] I coud not make it because of my orefrence of CS and my financial unstability . In my college you can fill form online and even can make the offline admisssion , the admission rocess is short you just have to fill the exam for and then submit it in principle room with memorandum of your last school and receipt and aadhar card , abc card etc . in my college mostly students take hindi hons as MJC and urdu because of the muslim locality ....Read More
