Sweet and Sour

Campus is good, crowd is getting cooler, food is decent, acadmics is fine liabrary is awesome, wheather at Nashik is great and perfect for studying, fun, sports, romance almost everything.

I got admission to this college through the Mh-cet with my score 110 marks. As I belong to open category (no offence) and with the marks such low I thaught to play smartly with the available resources (marks), I did a bit digging up on internet, I nagged my seniors and finally came up with a list and I have had this college at 4th priority on the list. There was no interview process for the selection. I chose electrical engineering for stream.

The course i choose was quite easy and i passed all my subject easily and without any backlog,we had great fun while studying and lecturecs at electrical department are very seriously and compulsory yet they were full of fun. Practical were the real cherry on the cake with experienced lab asistants and sate of the art labs it was great. The college host an national level project competition with collaboration with IET UK and the event is one of the biggest in northern Maharashtra. Many students participate in research and development programs and library is the well to quench thirst. We had smart grid and high voltage dc as the elective subjects.

No internship but college supported the external ones and all the government institutions they give prefernce to students from the college

Placement are a bit low for it computer it is great and it vary year to year but for electrical there are companies like ABB, JINDAL STEEL, TORRENT POWER .

There is every year an annual event called maffick it ks the biggest stage to show your talent and skills other than this every department has their own technical event.

The fee structure is a bit complicated and it keeps changing every year, at an average it may be around 1lac and 60k for the hostel.

Many seminar,guest lectures, many NGO's are active, and many sports event we have our own body building championship and many such events.

I was there in hostel for 4 years and it was fun alot of things to learn, hostel life was great with fast internet, laundry and many more facilities.

As college comes uder pune University their pattern is followed which literally keeps changing like Ranbir Kapoor changes his gf.

Most of the faculty is experienced and well educated, some of the iit guys and some industry experts other than this regular guest lectures are also conducted.teaching techniques are bit traditional but effective ones.
