The college life is very well.group study is held in our class which is very helpfull.
The cousre is very well and many advantage are take of our professor.
Many companies came of our college. So took placement job is not very difficult.

Dislikes

The hostel is poor. Water supply is not well and food our hostel no much better.
Building is very poor and bathroom is not well.
The location is very bad .Transport system is not good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because the time of the generation is computer system and architecture. So taking the good job one of the important source is computer and I love computer science. The Male and female student ratio of faculty is 70 isto 30 Our faculty qualification is very good .The teacher of our faculty is good educated and great person. The time of our semester exam is 6 month .Semester exam is difficult but passed easily.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 400000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of our college is per year 120000. The study fees of our college is costly because many students of our college belong middle class family . The scholarship is available of our college. The name of the scholarship is Swami vivekananda merit cum means scholarship. Many companies came our college. So per year some student take the job.

Campus Life

The name of our annual fest and tech fest are spandan and Resonance. They will be held middle of April month The books are available in the college library. Don't sell any other book in market. The classroom and labroom is well .many amenities are there. Every year hold the annual sport like cricket, basketball, football tournament in our college. Every year and Every class have a whatsapp group.Many helpfull news came in this group.

Admission

Eligibility of the course is qualifying the west bengal joint entrance examination(WBJEE) and JEE MAIN. I found the application form,application fees and application dates in Online WBJEE AND JEE MAIN website. Yes, the reservation benefits is available. SC,ST,OBC are special chance to the general. No ,the admission process is well.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
