Course Curriculum Overview
Its a decent engineering college in my locality, and as I scored a poor rank in wbjee , this is the best course I could be enrolled to in this college. There is enough faculties in our college, ratio being 1:40. Most of the faculties are doctorate, some being M. Tech and M. Sc
Placement Experience
From the 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. I'm not so aware of the exact placement numbers, but TCS is the mass recruiter and the average in-campus placement package is 3.5 lpa. Almost 70% of the students gets placed. My plans are to get a job after the degree.
Fees and Financial Aid
Yeah... The course fees saw a hike of almost 10% i.e the semester fees rose from 41000 to 50000. My parents not being a government servent, I get the Swami vivekananda merit cum scholarship (SVMCM) and that's it.
Campus Life
Arcedia is the annual fest of our college and it takes place in the month of April. There are tech fests here and there, GDSC and Rescourcio being the prime contributor. The classrooms are not too good, the library is a 5 on 10 and there is no as such clubs run by students.
Admission
I had taken the WBJEE examination and had secured a rank of 39125. After you get the results of the WBJEE exam, you can appear for the councelleng, and then with a total admission fees of 72000, you can join ur desired branch. The application dates will be according to the WBJEE councelleng.
