Course Curriculum Overview

4

I chose Electronics and Communication Engineering because I was fascinated by the relevant application of Nanotechnology, Microelectronics and VLSI. For the faculty: student ratio, I would say it's 2:3 Qualifications of faculties are really good, majority of them are from either IITs, NITs or JU. Term exams were held on timely and its not that hard to pass.

Internships Opportunities

4

There are many internship programs held in our college according to various courses and also there is a skill development programme incorporated into our curriculum so that we can get internships really good. Microsoft TCS cognizant offered some internship to the students

Placement Experience

4

From the 7th the students are eligible for campus placements During placements, reputed and big companies like Google, Microsoft, TCS, cognizant, Accenture and many more visits and a good number of offers are made For the amount details, the highest package ever received was the 12 lakhs per annum and average its 5 to 6 lakhs per annum For the percentage of students getting place it's like 80% My plans after getting this degree is for going to any high education institute for my M.tech.

Fees and Financial Aid

Given all the facilities on campus, I would say the cost to study is ok. Financial assistance is really great. No one really forces to pay the fees unless it's super late. There are many scholarships and internship opportunities available.

Campus Life

4

There are annual fests and tech fests which are conducted by your college, the freshers were conducted in the month of September From the library there are huge amounts of books which are available according to the course structures and others in general also Inside the college there are central ACs which are really great and provide a relief during Summers. There are two fields in the campus available which allows us to play quite openly and a number of sports at the same time. Also there's a swimming pool present for the swimmers.

Admission

The admission process went quite smoothly. After selecting the college through counselling, I had to visit the college for form fillup and other technical works and also for the admission fees payment.

Interview Experience

4

No there were no as such GD or written tests Just the marks of class 12 boards were inspected. As far as the admission process is concerned, after selecting the college through counselling I had to visit the college for the form fill up and the fees payment

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
