Remarks
Last of all, what I have to say is that I would suggest to improve our college's infra-structure at first and thereafter faculty system. Then only our college will get a better position as compared to other government colleges.
Entrance Preview
I had appeared in WBJEE exam and secured a decent rank which had given me the opportunity to study in JGEC. While admission I don't have to face any other Interview procedure. Actually frankly speaking, my stream ECE is totally my favourable because already there was an encourage to me from before to come in this field.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course I am doing here may improve more. In other words, the status of this course in this college is under my expectation actually. The laboratories are quite unimproved to provide a standard practical learning. But it can be said proudly that recently my college has taken an initiative to provide the standard classes for the GATE exam, IEEE, CAT etc.
Internships Opportunities
The students are so much hard working in seeking better internships. I had done intern under my HOD's guidance in my own college regarding some digital electronics' topics. The stipend amount lies between 4000-5000/-
Placement Experience
Faculty problem is one of the factors that affects on the academic system massively for which most of the students are suffering from unimproved communication skills. For this, a few number of companies visit our college mostly TCS, CTS, SPCL etc. In last two years the campusing has been improved than before. The average package belongs around 3.5-4 LPA.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college fee structure is quite affordable. The fees of each semester are 5,500/- approx. for CE, ME and EE; 8,500/- approx. for ECE, CSE and 14,000/- approx. for IT branches. The Hostel fees are 12,000/- per semester with a total of 8 semester.
Faculty
Faculty system is quite weak in our college basically in ECE. All the faculties present till now are said to be qualified enough to provide a standard level of teaching to us. And the main good thing still left is that they are well interactive to us which helps us to grow our knowledge more.
