Lack of faculties, Exhausting infra structure and moderate academic system affect mainly. So these need to be improved more.
Entrance Preview
In a big rat race, I feel lucky myself to get a chance to study in this college. I pursued a general merit rank via WBJEE and got allotted in ECE. The admission process was similar as followed in other colleges. I wanted to study in this stream from before.
Course Curriculum Overview
Not so good. The practical learning is moderate. The kits provided in the labs are quite smooth to work with. Good to say that recently the authority has taken responsibility to provide proper GATE classes and IEEE classes.
Internships Opportunities
Internship process is quite good. The students dominantly show their efforts in this. The certificates achieved mainly keep a strong value in CV. The paid interns give a avg stipend of 5000/-
Placement Experience
TCS, CTS, SPCL are the major companies that visit our campus, In every year about 60% students got placed. The average package is 4 lakhs per annum.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We have a semester fees of 8,500 rupees approximately for each semester and total of approx. 68,000 for college fees in 4 years. Also we pay 12,000 rupees per semester for our hostel fees.
Faculty
Faculty problem is normal. ECE department faces this problem mainly. The teachers are quite interactive to students. Their teaching standard is moderate to understand.
