The campus needs to be improved by its faculty system, academic system and communication skills. These factor affect the campusing basically.
Entrance Preview
My beginning point was WBJEE which helped me to achieve the intermediate goal of my life i.e. JGEC. The stream I opted was totally on me.
Course Curriculum Overview
For the betterment of this industry, the academic system should be more tight. Another room of this industry also named laboratory shows clearly the bad status of practical learning. Reasearch initiatives are not so much active to be taken by the authority.
Internships Opportunities
We, the students are self-working in this field. MSME is the best training centre for this field. Experience was almost good. Most of the interns were unpaid but the paids used to give avg of 5000/- stipend/ month.
Placement Experience
Placement graph day by day is diminishing rapidly with an approx recruitment of 60% students in recent days. TCS and CTS are the mass recruiters for non-core branches and SPCL serves the same for the core-s. They provide the package of 3.3 LPA
Fee Structure And Facilities
As this is a Government college, the fee structure is not so much expensive. Total fees for 1st year is Rs.22000 and Rs.15451 for 2nd, 3rd and 4th year each.
Faculty
Lack of faculty members in our department was an obvious thorn in the way of our growth. But it can't be ignored that the faculties present till then were open minded.
