Course Curriculum Overview
Btech is a flourishing course Faculties are always available for students Faculties are mtech and phd holders Teacher are supportive but teaching methods should be improved Exams are held every semester papers are quite difficult but one can pass if studied hard
Placement Experience
Students from 7 th semester are eligible for campus placement Tcs Wipro cognizant and Accenture are mass recruiters some non famous company also visit though due to recession this year the senerio was different Highest package this year was 18lpa and average is 4lpa 60 to 70 % students get placed Core companies also visit the campus Placement is quite good if one is studious can compete I will surely get a job and would like to work in IT companies
Fees and Financial Aid
Fess structure is 4 lakhs for 4years however now it had increased to 6 lakhs Swami Vivekananda scholarship for wb students and other government scholarships are available for students tuition fee waiver is also available for students who ranked well in wbjee exam and need to be from west bengal only
Campus Life
Tech fest and cultural fest are organised each year Books are available for each semester in library and provided to the students Sports and cultural events are organised Karate basketball volleyball and various other sport activities are held Acm iee are some groups social activities are also done
Admission
12 pass student with science background can get admission One can get admission through wbjee and jee whose forms are available in Google No such reservation benefits only tuition fee waiver for students with good rank in wbjee is available No such improvement required
