- The first thing i like about the College is the infrastructure and facilities.
- Then the help of the Professors and Their way of friendly teaching is also commendable
- The campus life, Department and friends i made are also a part in the College which i liked
Dislikes
- The thing i dislike that they say something wrong in the time of admission and i cant relate it after admission.
- There are some professors and non teaching stuff who are rude to students without any reason.
- Sometime its hard to communicate with the office to know about queries
Course Curriculum Overview
As i am civil Engineering student i choose the course b.tech in civil Engineering because of my interest in structure of big building and how they Stand that tall and how things like that work. As i i am from civil Engineering Department which is not so popular so there is not much student as many people choose diploma in CE Rather than b.tech in first. so there are only 8 in first semester but i heard there will be many from 3rd semester. The faculty is highly qualified as many professors are phd scholar including the hod and every Professor at least done M.tech. rather than their degree what was impressive was their friendly environment and friendly way to tech students at least in my case. About exams as this College is affiliated to makaut its exam rules and time also depend on University notice.
Internships Opportunities
There is many internship programmes happened i heard from the College but i was in non of them as i am a new student and learning so i can't give much info regarding that. But yes the internship is exist and many people of our senior batch are doing that.
Placement Experience
From which semester students are eligible for campus Placements i do not have any exact idea. There are many companies like tcs, acmegrade,Bavistech, wheels india etc. The highest package in my knowledge will be 13 Lpa and average is 3 Lpa. There is no exact percentage of how many students getting placements but they have saying it around 70%. My plan after getting the Degree i will pursue higher Degree after gaining some practical experience.
Fees and Financial Aid
The cost is not very high but yes there is a amount we have to pay as semester fees and also of you choose to stay in the hostel you have to pay that differently. And if distance of your home is far from the College you can stay in pg or rental home like me that is also cost. As for the scholarship who eligible ar apply for the svmcm scholarship.
Campus Life
As i am late to admissioned i cant tell much about feast but i heard there was some feast and event which are helded. There is a huge central library from which we get our semester books beside that we also have our particular Department libraries.
Admission
Eligibility for course is that you have be of science stream and you have to scored at least 45% marks in your 12th from a recognised board. If we talk about the application form or application fees and application dates you can find it in Their official website. and you can also apply for a particular course and someone from admission cell will contract you tell you all the details of any particular course available there. I cant see anything that need to improved in admission Process as i do not faced any problem so far.
