Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because ECE is a stream where I get both options for IT sector as well as Core sector. It is a evergreen branch in engineering. Students get ample scope of opportunities in this both sector.
Internships Opportunities
Yes, you can have intership opportunities in the college. I have done intership from Jadavpur University in Embedded Systems and IOT. If you are from ECE, then you can get internship from JU or Ardent (a robotics company).
Placement Experience
On campus placement is good enough in this college...one can get multiple offers depending upon his/her abilities. Last year placement record was like 85% of the students were placed . Minimum package : 3LPA Average package: 4.5LPA Highest package: 13LPA
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure is nominal and justifiable. Students can enjoy TFW for EWS category through WBJEE as well as JEE mains. One can enjoy no tution fees in there whole course. A nominal fee of college fund and student fund is taken. Scholarship is also available like SVMCM..Aikyashree..Oasis etc. wheather applicable
Campus Life
Campus Life is not such good...if you are assuming that you will have a great campus and great lobby where you can chill and lead you college life. So bro/sis this college is not going to reach your expectation. Overall classes... facilities are of up to the point. And yes the campus is 100% ragging free.
Admission
I have took admission in this college by clearing WBJEE and there my rank was about 30000. And I opted for ECE. And one should pass all the board exams. It is better if you have 60% aggregate and higher for both secondary and higher secondary examination. There is a benifit of TFW for EWS candidates and there is also a big point for SC and ST candidate which they would avail from WBJEE councelling itself.
