The good sides are well interaction between students and teachers, senior junior relation, alumni support etc. The bad sides are lack of communication skills, bad infra structure.
Entrance Preview
Through WBJEE I got selected in the e-counselling process and allotted in JGEC by pursuing standard rank. The admission process is similar like other colleges.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course curriculum contains a better study network that holds a standard faculty members. The practical learning goes well in labs through the use of sufficient kits.
Internships Opportunities
The students are very much active to get internships from the best zones through various sources. And the conversations are done through mail. The NOCs are provided by the HOD.
Placement Experience
The major companies are TCS, CTS, SPCL etc which mostly visit our college every year. They provide a reasonable package of approx 4.2 LPA. The placement scenario is quite medium.
Fee Structure And Facilities
As being govt college, though the fee structure is not so high, but as compared to other departments in this college we have to give more sem fees of approx 14000/- and the hostel fee is 12000/- per sem.
Faculty
The HOD is quite well qualified who maintains the whole department by bringing in sufficient faculty members. They are well interactive while teaching. Their teaching standard is said to be moderate.
