Lastly to say that the alumni support though has a role in development of college, but there is also the dark sides like poor infra structure.
Entrance Preview
I had given WBJEE exam and got a chance to study in JGEC with ME. There was no other interview process. Lots of dedication to get a well rank.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course I chose is so good and well served by the departmental faculty members. The practical classes are held in labs, workshops with sufficient machines, instruments.
Internships Opportunities
Recently our college principal who is also a faculty member of our department had organized an internship programme in our campus where all the HOD and some selected professors provided interns under themselves.
Placement Experience
Placement process is quite not improved. In last 5 years, the placement record curve has been diminishing continuously. The major company for our department is SPCL with a package of 5.5 LPA approx.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is not so much to effort hardly. For core, the sem fees are 5501/- and for non core, the sem fees are 8501/- and for IT, 12000/-. Hostel fees are 96000/- in 4 years.
Faculty
We have many teachers in our departments including professors, assistant professors and HOD who all are well established in their position. Well interactive.
