Is engineering worthy in private colleges

A student can pursue a career in a variety of fields, including information technology (IT), defense, telecommunications, electronics, and hardware manufacturing, embedded systems development, software development, the TV and music industries, power generation, space communications, home appliances development, mobile phones testing and development, communication protocols development, and optical communications development after completing ece engineering. For my college faculty-student ratio is 32:130. Most of them are highly qualified with PhD rank holding and most of the faculty members' teaching method is also good except some teachers. You can easily score well in PCA and CA exams but semester exams are very hard to crack

I am really angry with the fee hike policy because it shouldn't be applicable to us 23-27 batch because we decided to pursue our b.tech in our college by watching another fee structure and suddenly have to study with an increased fee structure which I don't think is value for money at least for my college. Because except the educational expenses there are lots of expenses to study in big cities like food mess and many small things. I have only one scholarship which is the Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Means scholarship. Which will give you 60000 per year but you have to score 60% in higher secondary exams for 1st year and for other years, you can't get any backlog to get the money. I am first year btech student and so no job neither any internship from which I can get stipend with zero financial assistance.

The name of the annual tech fest of Dr B C Roy Engineering College is - HORIZON The name of the annual fest is - ZEAL. Both of them are conducted in the month of January. You can participate in all programs from any branch or year. There are many books in the library with quality content. The annual sports program are also conducted in the month of January. There are various games different for man and woman like running,shotput etc. There are many social groups or clubs for students run by students for college students like hackathon club, Entrepreneur club, Cultural club etc. You can easily join them in 1st year with paid subscription.

Appeared in WBJEE in 2023.For this exam criteria is you have to take science stream in class 11 and have to score minimum 60% in higher secondary exam. I ranked 60,000 and came to my college through wbjee councelling in 1st round. The admission process was smooth. I came to my college with guardian and completed the admission process.I am neither from general category nor EWS so no reservations benefits.My college's cutoff for ECE branch was closed in 72,000 in this year or you can come through Direct Admission also. For that you have to pay college around 70000 that time. Not sure about 2024. I have no issues in current admission process. You just have to choose best colleges serially for wbjee councelling process and you are good to go
