The cse course is mainly chosen by me due to my passion for coding. We have good ratio of students as well as faculties. The faculties are well educated and few are also phd holders.Each semester have a gap of 4 months.

Many companies such as wipro ,tcs provide job opportunity as well both paid and non paid internships for the candidate. College also provide various projects on coding and other technical area ,and also sometimes pay fund for those project.

Placement Experience

We can access the campusing interview from the third year. We had many companies such as tcs,wipro etc who visit our campus for providing jobs to the students. The highest package was 1cr per annum and the lowest was 4 lakhs per annum.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure include 85000 ruppes month for boys and 80000 rupees girls excluding scholarship. For further details of scholarship provided by the college ,the detail is mentioned in college website.

Campus Life

Our college have many sports competition including inter departmental football, ,cricket and volleyball competition. Our college also provide many clubs which are dedicated to various technical and cultural activities.

Admission

It was a online portal examination . The eligibility of thisnexam was 12 th percentage more than 65 . The admission process is quite accessible and easier than other colleges. Many reservation scheme is available in our college.

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I had applied to IEM kolkata, The Neotia University and brainware university simultaneously. I chose this college due to the excellent placements. I didn't take admission to IEM kolkata as the fees were really high. Also, i didnt take admission in The Neotia University and brainware university due to their not-so-efficient placements. Actually I didn't apply in other colleges, because this course is very rare course and when I decided that I will study about this course some college's addmission exam such as MACKOUT is over.
