I always love computer and tech related things from childhood so I chose this... faculty:student ratio is 60:40... faculty is good.. 2 sems per year...8 sems overall.. teachers are well knowledged....

Fees is moderate ..per sem it is 85000.. scholarship we have Swami Vivekananda govt, Students credit card policy ..and yes internship facility is there for this course..We get good amount of feesforit

Campus Life

We have adinova as annual fest everyyear and it is conducted in February everyyear.We have departmental libraries.Classrooms , sports are well equipped.We have groups too and clubs for each Department

Eligibility of the course is we should be 12th passed...and we can find the application in Google itself... Reservation can be possible through exams like mains or wbjee..Yes improvement in the admission process is that we should have above 90 % marks in 12

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

I had applied to IEM kolkata, The Neotia University and brainware university simultaneously. I chose this college due to the excellent placements. I didn't take admission to IEM kolkata as the fees were really high. Also, i didnt take admission in The Neotia University and brainware university due to their not-so-efficient placements. Actually I didn't apply in other colleges, because this course is very rare course and when I decided that I will study about this course some college's addmission exam such as MACKOUT is over.
