A reivew on JPNCE by an avg student

My college is affliated under JNTUH-Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad ,so we follow the curriculum provided by the JNTUH. And JNTUH is considered as on of the finest colleges in Telangana. And it provides us with a very good and effective curriculum. And comming to the faculty in JPNCE ,its below average in terms of the no of members and can be considered as avarage in the terms of qualification and good in terms of thier efforts toward teaching. why i mentioned average about their qualification is we only had 2 proffesors in ECE dept and all others are assitant proffersors. Our college is responsible for only conduction mid term exams and internal and esternal lab exams and JNTUH take cares of our end Sem Examinations. And the sem exams are really tough and correction and grades are given JNTUH itself. And JNTUH sets a good standards there.

Recently a EY company undre the connection with AICTE provided us an internship about 30 days on Full Stack Development . and no stifund is provided . apart from these we are getting good no of workshops from TASK to improve our skills.

We are provided with very limited amount placements. And from 3-2 students are eligibile for placements and the companies visits us are tata ,subros, hcl, 24/7, wipro etc. And the highest package of our college is 14.95 LPA in Cisco in 2022. and average is about 3.5LPA . And the percentage of students getting placed is approximately around 15 to 20%.

I think my college fees is somewhat more than what it should be. I feel like the facilities provided by my college is good but still its insufficient. The oppertunities we get in our college is very less compared to other colleges and also very samll companies visit us for placements. No financial Assitance is provided by our college and comming to interships our college is having MOU with Internshala but we get a very limited opurtunities. And TASK provides us with some good workshops to enhance our skills.

We dont have enough fests or parties in our college. They are very rare and limited to annual days and Freshers . And comming to the availability of books its really good, our library has a good no of books of all catogories required . And our college conducts a sports compitetion on the name Khel Usthav once every year.And we dont have any offical clubs or socila groups expect Alumini.

My admission process in JPNCE started by applying TSECET i.e., Telangana state Engineering Common Entrace test in 2021 . I was from a diploma background. And the application fee was about 800 then and for ladies its half of it . The rank i got was 1200 branch rank and 6000 integrated rank. I wanted to purseiue in JPNCE ,so at the time options i had choosed JPNCE has my first option and i was alloted a seat in JPNCE in Ece department . And i haid paid my total year fee at once and joined in JPNCE. And thats end of my admission process.
