Computer science engineering is a most demanding branch and I also like that branch. For my branch, the subject is 5 the faculty is 12 to 15 and per class student is 60 to 70. All faculty are graduates and all faculty are good in teaching. Semester exams are about 4 to 5 months and it is easy to pass an exam

Internships Opportunities

There are internship opportunities available.form 5th semester you can do internship.reliance jio and youvan etc you can do internship.i did data communication and network project.i got the outcome right

Placement Experience

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements . companies like tcs, Infosys etc are visited and package Are 4 lakh to 12 lakh.average package 8 lakh to 9lakh.70 to 80 percentage students getting placement.i will do job and try for government jobs

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee for 1 year is 108000 For four year is 432000 . If you want college bus for transfer then you to give extra 5000 .for hostel the cost is 80000. I got state scholarship from college.There multiple scholarship available for students. I got 4lakh package

Campus Life

In January and February the fest happened in college and tech fest also happened.all types of book available for every branch.There many sports events happen in the collage like cricket, football, volleyball.computer science students club

Admission

First I give jee exam then after the result I apply in online for college addmission they select me in rank basis. My rank is 6lakh so the minimum cut off is around 8lakh for computer science engineering. We have to apply online in bput website or you can go to college and apply.i didn't avail reservation benefits.i think if they can improve offline addmission it will be better

Course Curriculum Overview:

For csit the subjects kee changing accroding to the trendy stuffs that are currently going on but it was really hard to keep with that when all your subjects are changed and you have o idea or previous year qs to geta reference from. Exams are conducted continously with no gaps and its not a easy stuff students get lot of stress but still somehow manage.

Placement Experience:

The placement opportunities at KIIT are quite good, especially for us the CSE students.The eligibility criteria for campus placements starts from 7th semester. Many well-known companies visit the university every year like TATA Consultancy Services , Infosys, Wipro, Accenture and Capgemini.The average package offered is around 6-8 lakhs and highest package offered around per yr avg is 50-60 lakhs.The percentage of students getting placements is around 90% plus in average per yr. After completing my degree, i plan to work in software industry and gain more experience in the field of technology

Placement Experience:

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.

Placement Experience:

So from 7th semester plcements are starting.Various Tech and Non Tech companies are also coming like TCS ,Accenture, Cognizant, Delloitte, InfoSys, KFinTech, Incture, GyanSys, Iserveu for Tech branches. and PRADAN, Aditya Birla etc for Non tech branches. Students also getting offers from OffCampus like RedHat ,CISCO ,Amazon ,Google. From On Campus Highest Package goes upto 12 to 15LPA and lowest is 4.5 but average is 5 to 6 LPA which is comperable. And about almost all are who are opting for placements got placed eventually.

After 6th semester the students get eligible for company placement. There are huge companies visited every year for the placement and many big MNCs like Amazon offers 100seats , Wipro offers 200, detollite offers 100, microsoft offers 10, ITC offers 150 , Infosys offers 300, TCS offers 200, Flipkart offers 150 and many more . Every year almost 80% of the students get placed at a good company with a minimum of 4 lakhs . After getting the degree I am planning to get placed in a multi national company like Amazon or Microsoft

Placements are ok but majority of the placement are for the IT and Cse sectors, but there are some core companies which offers a good packages. Around 40-50 % students pare placed in the companies and more over most of the students are up for the higher studies and cracking GATE exam.

See basically you placement depends on you .If you work hard you will get placed with a good package.In our college last year the avg package for CSE was around 13 Lakh per annum and highest was about 39 lakh per annum.Companies like Amazon,oracle Microsoft etc visited our college .After 4 th or 5 th semester i Think we are all capable of getting placed .

Trident is a private college and in 2021 it was the only college we could afford. In other hand i had another college silicon institute of technology in my mind but the admission fees was on a higher side. There is no such cutoffs in this college the only thing i know is you have to apper jee mains to apply in this college.
