Likes

Main university campus is too good calm and peaceful atmosphere
Culturals and the sports programs are interesting
Foodand hostel accommodation is very nice

Dislikes

Sem break and leaves are too short duration so long distance students can’t go to there home
Here fees are too overpriced comparing with other colleges
They increase seat number in 2 years back so many students took admission so the availability of job vacancies decreases

Bsc and Msc graduated persons's are the faculty members.in our batch 89 students and only 2 faculties are there but within one year 5 faculties joined.total 8 sems are there it's an 4 year undergraduate program offered my YENEPOYA UNIVERSITY.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

Total 620000 package in every one sem we pay 65000 and hostel fee separately and student's who have 90 percentage above in 12th board exam they can only pay 20 percentage in each sem. And one more thing that they keep each semester exams above 80 percentage otherwise the scholarship will not get

YENEPOYA UNIVERSITY have many colleges in our campus located in mudipu here programs are rare in every year culturals and sports are conducted.Every sem we can select an open elective course example bls and nss then finlly we got the certificates of all the courses we taken

Admission

Candidate applying for admission in this program must have passed 10th and 12th or equivalent from a recognised board with physical,chemistry and biology along with English.here we can directly take admissions with out entrance

Placement Experience:

From final year the students can apply for the placements. At least 60% should be there to be eligible for the placement. Many companies provides placements in this college like infosys, Accenture, Mahindra and many more. The average package as per the company is 200000 per annum and the highest package is 700000 per annum. My plans after getting the degree is to go to abroad for my post graduate.

Placement Experience:

Usually there are placements in our college. If any student does not get a placement the faculty guide us what we can do next like the companies in which we can apply and how we can go further. In my course after finishing the bachelors degree you can further study masters it is available in our college itself or yoj can aplly for companies but if you do your masters you have a better opportunity and high posts for you better career. The course is of 8 semester you become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. The last year that is seventh and eighth semester is basically practical and lot of projects provided. There various companies are seniors have applied and offered for example the genetic company in Bangalore that is Med gen. The highest package offered is 50000 and the average starts from 25000 placements in college. There is 75 percentage of students getting placements from our college. My plans after getting the degree is to go for further studies and do the masters after that i would like to do job along with my phd, this is my plan after getting my bachelors degree.

We have mandatory internship period after 2 years of teaching, and they provide internship and placement support. Different Companies come and take test and hire the eligible candidates. Regarding placement package, since it's just been 1 year of SST there cannot be said anything about it. But Scaler the parent Company of SST has average package of 22lakhs and highest package of 1.04cr.

Life at IISc- Pros and Cons

Placement Experience:

Most of the students after completing four years, continue to stay here to get Masters degree after one more year and pursue PhD from world renowned institutions. Very few people (<7/100) per batch will sit for campus placements and most of them will be selected with a good annual package of 30000 at an average. Some students, mostly Physocs majors can give government exams like ICRB, GATE to join ISRO and BARC as scientists

Why you should join SST

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because it was very curriculum heavy meaning the cirriculum was very good . the girls to boys ratio here is 1 : 8 . but this year only 200 peopel were selected out of 200. they are industry tech experts. they are passable

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because I want to go into it field. The faculty is good here nothing to improve about that and the student ratio is 5:3. Qualification is good and the teaching method like some lectures is good. Term exams will be after 6 months from starting of sem and it's not as difficult as pu or 10th exams we can easily pass them.

I applied for this college through their official website and attended eligibility exam through this I have received my admission confirmation letter and admission process.
