Course Curriculum Overview
Talking about courses and faculty of India's top institutes , you can rarely find any cons in them. One con(which is subjective) is the profs aren't majorly available to resolve your afterclass doubts
Internships Opportunities
As of now , I am 1st year student and i don't think I am much aware of the internships offered here . But the colleges curriculum focuses a lot on industry experiences which i think will be quite easy to avail any interships
Placement Experience
You are elgible for internships from 3rd year. Placements are offered for 4th year , from 7th,8th semesters. I am a 1st year UG, as of now to provide more details , though it can be availed on college site. But I can guarantee that this college has best placement rates among all
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees , as expected from premier engineering institutes is quite high . But the institute offers a wide range of IInstitute scholarships and alum donations and many more financial assistances can be availed. Campus placements is one of the best in Indian colleges
Campus Life
There are three main fests , antaragini(cultural) , udghosh(sports) and techkriti(tech). A major library to provide all the books you need throughout the journey. Classrooms equipped with digital technologies (projectors, screens,speakers). You will get to play all the sports you want , even those you haven't even heard of. There are various clubs too.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel rooms and mess food are of very good quality as of my experiences(depends on expectations). Hostels are quite affordable than college actually. They prepare all indian cuisine , especially the breakfast covers north, south & central india.
Admission
You can get admission here only by clearing JEE Advanced with a minimum rank of about 6K-7K(Gen) . Also for eligibility for JEE Adv. you need to clear the 90(varies) percentile cutoff of JEE mains. Reservations benefits are highly varied yearly , sometimes without qualfying JEE Adv. , A preparatory course is offered by institute , only for reserved SC,ST.
