Course Curriculum Overview

3

My general motivation to get enrolled in this course is to get good college exposure as before college admission i even don't know the name of branch Every semester there are around 4 course so faculty to student ratio is around 1:10. Faculty are highly qualified most of them are from very renowned institute such as IIT , IISC and many foreign institute. Teaching methods are very normal not so much good but few of them teach really good. During first semester exam were very hectic and very close around 20 days but further on it is on time and it is easy to get passed in course just you have to study alteast 1 week before exam but to have a good grade is really difficult.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

Institute also help to get internship opportunities. One company which named "Fractal" provided internship of 2 months under the role of machine manager for stipend of 20000 per months. Institute have also work with indian Navy for development of under water robotics.

Placement Experience

4

Around 380 companies came for placement in year 2023 Student of 7 semester can register for under placement cell Many good companies visited campus such has Google, Facebook, Microsoft, Oracle, IBM, and many core branch companies also visited such as fractal and they total offered around 1200 jobs. In year 2023 highest package which was offered 53 Lpa and average package is 14.2 Lpa Around 97 percentage students get placed last year. I also want to sit under placement in 7 semester and try to grab good opportunities.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees in this institute is really high as it demand around 1.4 Lacs per year for tuition fees and around 65000 for lodging and lodging fees are constantly increasing around 2000 per year. As institute doesn't have any scholarship scheme but for students belonging to financially low background get fee waiver but also institute always send notification about different scholarship which is given by government or any NGOs. As of now i am in 2 semester and i didn't get any job but institute provide very good internship and job opportunities.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Hostel have decent facilities such as fan, geyser, washing machines, electricity etc But have water shortage many times Hostel mess quality is okkaish majorly it depends on caterer and mess menu is very vibrant Registration process was very simple and affordability of room is good even many hostel has empty rooms

I would rate the placements at my college as 3 out of 5. Students usually become eligible for campus placements from the sixth or seventh semester, and a few well-known companies do visit the campus every year. The placement cell helps with basic training like resume building and interviews, and many students, especially from IT branches, manage to secure jobs. At the same time, the average salary packages are not very high and top roles are limited, so a lot of students also focus on skill development, off-campus opportunities or higher studies after completing their degree

Students are eligible for placement from their 3rd year onwards. It has been only 2-3 months but I have seen several companies arriving at the college, prominent ones being Flipkar,Deloitte, Xerox, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Microsoft, Dell and several others including startups. There is no accurate data on how many offers have been made this year, but there are rumours that more than 95% of the eligible students have got placements. After getting a degree my plans are if I dont land into a satisfying job then I will start my preparation of the military or start a new business.
