My story at IMNU Ahmedabad

The curriculum includes core management subjects like finance, marketing, operations, and Human resources management. I had chosen MBA because I was interested in numbers that's why I had chosen MBA as my major and I wanted to explore and enhance my personality and grab opportunities so i had chosen this course. The institute maintains a healthy faculty: student ratio of 1:15, facilitating personalized attention and interactive learning. Faculties are highly educated and experienced with Ph.D. from prestigious Universities in India and abroad. They have extensive industry experience and actively engage in research and publications, ensuring you learn from the best. Teaching methods is a mix of traditional lectures, case studies, group discussions, guest lectures and project work to cater to diverse learning styles. Term exams are generally conducted every 3 months as per the academic calendar and dissiculty level depends on the subject.

Companies that come forinternship processes are- ADitya birla group which offers Sales and marketing role & ICICI Bank which offers Credit analysis, Wealth management roles to finance students. Projects that are given by companies are related to market research, analyzing data and so on.

IMNU has a great record of placements, consistently achieving high placement rates and attracting reputed companies across various sectors. Students become eligible for campus internships after 2nd semester and for campus placements in their 5th semester. Over 300 comapnies participate in placement process annually. Some renowned recruiters are Arcesium, Morgan Stanley, JP Morgans, ICICI Bank, etc. Highest package usually ranges up to 30 lakh and average package ranges from 12 to 13 lakh & there is 100% placement rate for MBA programs. My plan after getting the degree is to secure a decent job and live happy life with my parents.

Fees are approximately Rs. 7.5 lakhs per year for MBA-FT. It includes a hostel, mess, and other amenities. It also offers scholarship opportunities to both merit - awarded to top students based on CAT scores offering up to Rs. 1 lakh per year. We also get loans easily in the name of NIRMA UNIVERSITY. It is a reputed college. I am currently in my internship process. but the highest stipend for MBA-FT till now is 50,000 and minimum is 5000 or there were also unpaid internships

Life at campus is quite vibrant, goes beyound academics and enriching campus experience.. Annua fest is conducted in the month of Feb that is Perspectice Richter and this year it is named as PR 10. & other than that, there are many events like anveshan, NICOM in the campus that are educational. it has well-stocked library includes a vast collection of books, journals and online resources relevant to management studies. Classrooms are equipped with projectors,smart boards and high speed internet access. There are also a lot of extra curricular activities like cultural events , dance competitions and also a lot of sport events like football match, cricket match and so on. Apart from that, Students can also participate in several clubs and committees like placement, cultural, drama, dance and music, social , core clubs, etc

The hostel facility is excellent, the hostel rooms are well-furnished and it has both AC and non-AC rooms, and rooms get cleaned daily. Apart from this, there is also free access to the internet available. Mess food is very satisfying. offers only vegetarian foods, Menus typically rotate monthky and include a variety of Indian dishes. Hostel registeration usually happens during the admission process or shortly after. Fees vary depending on room type.

The admission process was quite smooth. The process includes shortlisting based on CAT percentile then PI after that and then selection. Eligibility Criteria- Bachelor's degree with minimum 60% aggregate marks and an entrance exam. Entrance exam- CAT score is mandatory. GMAT scores are accepted for NRI students. An application form is available on the online portal through the Nirma University website with a non-refundable fee of Rs.1500. Cutoff varies year to year, usually around 80%-85% No caste-based reservation is applicable in this quota. They should consider including a weightage experience for work experience in the selection process.

There was one entrance test which is CAT and there were no GD Interviews. Firstly, they shortlisted students on the basis of their cutoff percentile and then there was one written essay-type test and then a direct interview call. But the interviewers were quite good, THey made me comfortable first and then started with their process. I had read the newspaper, and also was aware of the current affairs
