I scored 28000 Rank in AIEEE and I got this in my Home State Quota also, I got 10000 Rank in IIT JEE.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum was good enough to get best knowledge about technical & management knowledge course curriculum designed so that we get thorough knowledge of subject and learn things deeply faculty was also very supportive.

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies & mnc's came for internship like in my case i done internship in coca cola india but, for internship, there is no stipend by any company except trident that provide good stipend like rs.80000 for 2 months.

Placement Experience

Placements opportunities are pretty good in nit jalandhar being an nit most of the good companies & leading companies visit campus every year almost all students got atleast one placement those are eligible for placement.

College Events

Technity & utkansh are the two main fests celebrated every year in nit jalandhar they are very good and continue for 4 5 days a no events are there in fests as name suggests, technity is for technical events like car making, etc utkansh is the fest of colours.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is feasible 25000 to 30000 a semester plus 15000 to 20000 for mess charge but now, a great rise in fee for rs.2 lakh a year which might not be feasible but government made it feasible by giving loan with zero interest.

No loan or scholarship is given by college but all government scholarship offers are available & can be get as nit is central government institute.

Campus Life

Campus life at nit jalandhar is nice want to get back to my college life a big campus is like a new city all basic facilities are available in campus.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel rooms are available for all students no need to look for pg's hostel facilities are fine and mes food is also hygienic in short, hostel is nice.

External Expense: Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna

There are many seniors in my contacts alumni are also very supportive and i also had a good time with seniors and ragging is completely banned in nit jalandhar.

Exam Structure

Exams are 3 times in a semester minor 1, minor 2, major labs are open & any one can attend labs in short, labs are chilled out.

MY HONEST REVIEW ABOUT MY COLLEGE LIFE

Placement Experience:

from 6th semester students become eligible for the placements and they should not have any backolgs or reappers in the exam and they should have morethan then 5 cgpa . as i am from the 2nd yeari donot know more aboutm the placement offered made but the average packagr is 3.5 to 4 lakhs per annual and around 70 to 80 percent of students are get selected in placement . and planns after getting the degree is to do higher studies in aerospace designing in the aircrafts.

Placement Experience:

Here, the placement drive starts at the beginning of the 5th semester and goes till the end of the 8th semester. Here, all MNC like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Capgemini, and many other companies come to our campus for hiring. In the very last year 2 students got selected with a prestigeous 2.5cr & 1 cr packages.

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester onwards students are eligible for the campus placement. Either they get internship or they get placement offers . Number of companies visited are more than 50. I will give some examples of some best companies like google , microsoft, accenture, virtusa, lenovo , Paypal, shadii. Com , JP morgan and many more other good companies visit to our college. Highest package last year was 52 lakh and the average package was 6 lakhs . More than 70 percent Student are getting placement. My plans after the degree is to get a good job in a good company

An honest Insight of my college LPU

The course curriculum should be rated on how useful and complete it is. A good one covers all important topics like Software , Networking , Automata , SQLetc. it is mix theory and practical work . For CSE studendent there are coding laguage like C++ in 3rd sem and DSA in 4th semester.

I got 28102 rank in jee mains and 24576 rank in jee advanced My primary goal was to get into any iit but I can't get due to my rank if I would have got any iit o would have chosen it over In josaa counselling I got iiit bhopal cse which was quite a good option because bhopal is not so distant from home and also has good placement but it has many problems like no permanent campus and hostels etc and very high fees which I can't afford So in next round I got nit jalandhar ice over it because it is a cirtcutal branch enough options in tech and core both morover it comes with a nit tag and less fees and I want clg in north...Read More
