I have seen many people getting confused among core 'Computer Science Engineering' and ' Btech in Computer Science and Business Systems(CSBS)' .In CSBS you will get to study some more subjects (like : computational statistics etc) along with the subjects present in CSE curriculum. CSBS emphasizes computation, design, and deployment of programming languages, program design, hardware, software, and problem solving skills, with special mention of managerial skills. You will also get some additional advantages from TCS during you campus placement as this curriculum was introduced itself by Tata Consultancy Services. College is too much sincere about the attendance criteria.So if u need a college to have fun and relax at home then this is not the correct one for u.If you are ready to study sincerely and attend classes maintaining 75% attendance and secure a good placement then this is the perfect option for you.faculty members are also very helpful.Go ahead.

Your campus placements will start from 7th semester onwards. In previous year companies like TCS, Persistent, Cognizant etc visited our college. MCA course is also available in our college.

You will be charged 10k rs every even semesters for training purposes. Along with this you can also opt for scholarships like SVMCM( if you are born and brought up in WB and you yearly income is low),you will also get the facility for using Student credit card if you stay in West Bengal.

You will get the opportunities to attend tech fests,annual fest 'Arcadia' in which last year we witnessed Armaan Malik's concert. Apart from this there are several Student's chapters of respective departments you can also join as a member or you can participate in several tech quizzes ,seminars and can participate in all other events hosted by the student's chapter. Eligibility criteria: 10+2(PCM)+ WBJEE/JEEMAINS Or Diploma in engineering(in this case you can join from 2nd year) You have to participate in WBJEE counselling process and then you have to visit the college for further admission procedure . If you want to enter through management quota then you have to visit the college directly as the seats are limited in that case. If you want to enter through TFW quota then also you have to participate in the counselling process for TFW seats and then visit the college with proper documentations along with residential and income certificate.
