Course Curriculum Overview

I got the mining engineering program in IIT (BHU). Varanasi. On the basis of my rank I got this college. Faculty are average almost good. Faculty are well qualified. Every teacher is perfect in his domain.

Class Size: 108Course Fees: INR 106350 per year

Internships Opportunities

Internship opportunities are better. Microsoft, Meta, Infosys, TCS,, Google, phone pay, Flipkart, Amazon and many more companies are offering good internship. Overall internship are good . No doubt IIT has good placement and as well as good internship opportunities.

Placement Experience

Campus placement is Osm. Many opportunities are given by college. Many companies are arrived during placement season. Last year highest package is 1.7 Cr. 80 - 90 percent students are placed in On- campus placement.

Fees and Financial Aid

Fess structure decided on the basis of income of family. Many scholarship are given by college and also government.Job opportunities are very good. Many companies arrived during placement season. Overall, job and internship opportunities are very good.

Campus Life

IIT (BHU) Varanasi campus life is good.kashiyatra is annual socia cultural fest. Technex is techanical fest. FMC weekend is the digital art fest. Classroom are of good conditions . Almost all the sports facilities are provided by the college with free of cost. Also many clubs are there in every domain.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel are in good condition. All the facilities are provided by hostel except laundry. In this college, mess food is the best food . Mess worker are very good in behaviour. Registration process for hostel is very simple. You have to apply offline form during the time of college registration

Hostel Fee: INR 30000 per year

Admission

I got admission through JEE advanced. After results, josaa counseling are conducted to getting college on the basis of your rank in JEE advanced. Every year new cut-off is decided on the basis of students.

After 6 th semester you are eligible for campus placement. Many companies are comes likes Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Cagegimini etc and they offer decent package. Highest package 3000000 and average package 400000 and profile offered as for company required. 80 percentage student get placement. Take a placement in good MNC company.

Actually I didn't research on the placement. But in college campus I saw many boards of placed students and the average package is around 4-4.5lakh per annum.and college data says about 90%of students are placed. I am preparing for both off-campus and on campus placement.

Our college offer good placement it has average placement of 11 Lpa. Highest package of 52 lpa in Google. I choose this course because I want to be a software developer. The faculty are very kind and helpful. Almost every faculty member has completed there post-graduation from various established colleges. The examination scheme is a little bit slow here. Students can pass their semester exams if they are paying at least 45 per cent of their concentration.

I choose iit bhu because of iit tag string mining dept and most imp the campus life which felt better than other options i have . I have options of few iits like iit dhanbad and all but iit bhu stood out the most from all other iits in terms of everyaspect as it has strong placements records and aluminia base with lots of supported startups.
