Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course because I love B.tech. Faculty and students ratio is 6:1. Qualification of the faculties are minimum M.tech or Phd o their subjects and their teching process are so good they handle us very carefully. Semester Exam has done between the 6 months gaps in a year and in the 6 months there are two mid terms. For pass the exam faculties give us suggestions and notes so we pass the exam very easily.
Internships Opportunities
summer and winter internship programs in industries for a duration of one to two months.In this program our students wrok in the different industries to get 'hands on' experience before they finally step into the world of employment. Many website for many work or organisation and many works with AI , ardino , solar system and many more type.
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. Name of the Companies visited are TCS, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, PWC, Accenture, Infosys, Oracle, Adobe, EY, EQ technologies, LTI etc Highest package 27 LPA and average package 4 LPA of mass recruiters. 95% of students getting placements in a year of all dept. My plan is to take placement and go to the IT sector.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees are per semester now 85000 rs and the cost to study approx 700000 INR. Scholarship for the college students is INR 3,80,000 to INR 1,37,40,000 who need financial support and job i get on campus 5lac per year.
Campus Life
One annual fest named IEMPACT conducted in jan month and many tech fest held in every month of a year. all types of books and journals are in the library. In the classrooms there are all facalities with computer and projector. Sports for college students are very less no outdoor games only indoor games and there are many extra curricular activites are held on the campus like conference , act, presentation etc. many social group, clubs for students run by students like ---- ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) IEI (Institution of Engineers, India) SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) IEEE (Institute of Electical and Electronics Engineers) IEM robotic club Iem codechef IEM music club IEM dance club IEM quizzard club CSI (Computer society of India) and many more...
Admission
Wbjee Rank and class 12th 75% marks with science subjects which are Maths, Chemstry, Physics, Biology or Computer. Application from will get from the Wbjee website. Applicaation fee is INR 500 for GEN male and for gen female or all male candidates of st/sc/obc-a/obc-b/ews/tfw is INR 400 or all female candidates of st/sc/obc-a/obc-b/ews/tfw is INR 300. Application date 18th dec to 31th jan. Candidates belonging to sc/st/obc-a/obc-b/PwD category students and those who fall under defense quota are provided WBJEE reservastion. Nothing Much improvement in the admission process.
