We used to get the course books from the university for those who were doing admission. We had to write assignments. There were beautiful classrooms in pleasant surroundings where we could attend classes attentively. The teacher taught very carefully and had the necessary teaching materials. All the teachers and staff were very nice.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 2021 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My course was three years. We used to have our fees at the end of the year. I was a student at the Open University and we didn't have any kind of scholarship. We did not get any financial help from the university.

Campus Life

Life at that time was a very beautiful time. I can never forget it. I had a lot of fun with my friends. I got a lot of help from my seniors and got a lot of education. The annual event was most enjoyable. There were various sports facilities. Our university had various study centers and the KN College Study Center.

Admission

After the 12th result, I got admission to the college by filling out the online form. Then that form had to be submitted to the college and there is counseling in the college. Then I got admission through document verification.

The primary decision was to contribute to the society like the great scientists who have done so before. The curriculum provides a balanced approach of both theoretical knowledge and practical skills, theoretical knowledge from classes, assignments, homeworks and exams. Practical knowledge through the different workshops that are held in the college auditorium or online with successful men of the field who are brought as guests in them, from renowned scientists to great thinkers we have met a lot of them.

Placement Experience:

After completing the 5th Semester the student are eligible for placement but the student should have 7.5 CGPA and a good attendence for the palcement after this oncampus placement like TCS, wipro, accenture etc come for placement with a native package of around 6-8 LPA. Which is goood . Nearly as per report around 80% of studentt gets placed every year . After i complete this course i have decide to go master degree in data science which will be benificial for me for international company.

Pros and cons

Placement Experience:

Placement or internship depends on the course Duration . Overall placement is good . The highest package is 1cr/ yr. And the average package 2to3 lakh/ yr. After getting the bsc. degree in Forensic science, I want to prepare for compitive exam or prepare for higher studies.

How an average student sees his College

Remarks:

Pros:The teachers very very helpful and friendly. Loans and scholarships available. Faculties are highly qualified. Infrastructure is awesome. Cons: no placement. No stipends There wasn’t any hostel facility. Canteen could be developed.

Great student

I choose this college because it is near of my home and other college are so far from my home. In my college there is really good teachers other than college. College life forever

I have also applied in college like Calcutta university and presidency university of Kolkata but i couldn't study there due to non available seats in open distance learning. The admission process in NSOU is simple you have to score minimum 60 percentage in your 12th exam to enlisted for screening and 100seats were filled up out of those according to merit base.
