I chose my course CSE because I always wanted to do it and it has given me a great interest . And each faculty of this course is very good at teaching and very much experienced about our subject and they always provide a proper information on that particular topic.

Well from second semester I think placement will get eligible for students. The fact is it's depends on the ability of students whether he or she would be able to do it or not or else the placement is much decent here.

Fees and Financial Aid

Talking about fees structure it's quite high as compared to other private engineering colleges situated in West Bengal. The total fees of our course is 5 lakh 80 thousand including admission fees.We can various for various scholarships too .

Campus Life

The campus life of our college is great according to me.Our college organize cultural fest every year and many famous singers were hired to perform at our campus and it's very much fun and enjoyable to watch and perform in front of us.

Admission

Admission process was via online counselling because of WBJEE exam and got a chance in Computer Science And Engineering department. The admission process in BCREC was not so tough and complicated because of good and helpful staffs

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.

The main reasons for choosing this college was- 1.I had heard a lot about this college in terms of teaching style and the other faculty members. 2. This college provides a good placement . 3.
