Course Curriculum Overview
The course is for 2 years and the course is run semester-wise. That means four semesters are there. I like to read chemistry that's why I chose this course. There are 40 students in the class and around 15-16 faculty is there. All the faculty members have excellent knowledge of their subject and have a PhD. There are 2 exams per semester mid and end-term. At the starting of the semester, we get the whole time-table and these exams happen according to that.
Internships Opportunities
There is an internship opportunity only for BTech, MTech and MBA students. I heard from them there is a very good internship opportunity available and they will give a stipend also. There is campus placement also.
Placement Experience
In the final year, students become eligible for placement. There is very good placement for Btech MBA and Mtech students but for MSC students there is comparatively less placement. Currently coaching industry comes for the placement of MSc. students.
Fees and Financial Aid
The Fees are a little bit high. For MTech students there are scholars but for MSc students, there is no scholarship available but we can take a loan which is easily available because you are a student of mnit and you have to return it when you are at the age of 25.
Campus Life
The annual fest happens in the 1st week of February and tech fest happens in 1st week of November. There is a very good library. All types of games happen in campus and tournaments also time to time. They celebrate every festival in very exciting manner. Campus life is excellent.
Hostel Facilities
In the room they provide gyser bed chair table. Meal quality is okay not very nice. Sometimes like any festivals or on hostel day they give special food which is quite good and tasty but in normal days food is not very good. Rent of hostel is quite cheap then PG.
Admission
I'm in the 4th semester of my course msc from chemistry from MNIT Jaipur. Yes, there is an entrance exam known as the JAM-joint entrance exam for a master's program for science students. I found all of its details from Google search and youtube. You can take this exam when you are in your final year of graduation. There is also a reservation for reserved candidates. This is a very nice college. I will suggest everyone to take admission into this college.
