Technical and Cultural Clubs in our College
The library is a good place to study in a peace of mind also every necessary books are available
The faculty of Computer Science is very good and very Friendly

Dislikes

The canteen food is not very good ! Sometimes is rotten and stinks and its very unhealthy
The pressure from the T&P for participating in every incampus drive even in not interested
No free time is provided by the college to develope any other skills

Course Curriculum Overview

Class Assesments are held every 1 month in and then semester final exams are held . Total 4 class assessments are taken in a Semester . The exam questions are moderate and some papers are a bit tough . But everything is doable if the syllabus is covered properly

Internships Opportunities

My project is a machine learning project which is named as "Indian plants species identification using machine learning" . Project aims to classify and distinguish various Indian plant species and their names and their conditions. Accuracy of our project is 97%.

Placement Experience

The first plan is to secure a offer letter or a job from incampus hiring processes then the further plans after getting the degree is to work on the company for certain amount of year and then go for the higher studies and then opt for a higher package.

Fees and Financial Aid

All Big shot companies Like Accenture TCS and Capgemini come for incampus hiring processes also many new startups also come for internships and training purposes with a decent stipend for working. Average package salary lies between 3 to 4 lakhs per annum

Campus Life

There are many clubs run by our students of the college such as hardware club technical club cultural club etc . All this clubs are organised with a sole purpose to enhance the co curricular talent in an individual.

Admission

Yes ! The documentation processes are very discrete and confusing which also elongates the process of admission. They should have a proper team designated for the admission processes . Also they were very much unsure of which documents were to be submitted and which are required

I don't have idea about the placements since I'm in first year now. But I talked to a senior and got to know that many got multiple offers in 4th year. I also head that packages are around 4 lpa which is a decent and also a rise than the previous year.

The summary of my four years in one of the oldest colleges in India

Placement Experience:

The campus placements happen in final year of the course. There is a well established placement cell to conduct the on-campus placements. Many well renowned companies visit our college namely Microsoft, Google, TI, TSL, PWC, ICICI, ABG. L&T, etc. The highest package was 50LPA and the average was around 9LPA. Over 90% students got placed from across every department and details of the placement is also available in the college official website. I have gotten a job from the on-campus drive to a core company.

Placement Experience:

The placements of our college are below average. Studies for placement are more or less relevant from second semester. companies like tcs, amazon etc do visit our campus however very few are selected with package above 4-5 LPA. Most of the students seek out for higher studies and that's my plan too.

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students are eligible for placements. Mass recruiters like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, Capgemini, etc visit every year and pick up 80-100 students per company. Other companies like Amazon, Thoughtworks, Etc also visit the college. The highest package offered by our college is 15LPA by Thoughtworks. Every year around 75-80% of students get placed on campus. I plan to get a good job work for 2-3 years and then apply for Masters. Overall the placement is very nice in this college.
