KHALSA THE UNDERDATED GEM OF DELHI UNIVERSITY.

i am doing bcom , the course is very fascinating in itself , the faculty is properly fit and healthy to teach us with the perfection , so the course give us a really good outcome, which is why bcom is one of the best course here , Recently i gave my semester 1 exams in which i faced no issues overall and also it went pretty well . Passing rate is somewhere around 60-80% i guess and semester exams are conducted evry 4-6 months , Faculties are also well qualified to their respective courses and subjects .

Talking about the placements , these are provided by IGNITE , THE PLACEMENT CELL of our college . Students become eligible for placements in 5tg semester only and also internships are provided to students of all the semesters after they apply for the POD portal of IGNITE , Companies such as PWC , KPMG , DELLOITE do come in our college for placements with an average package of 6.5 LPA tp students with more than 7.5 CGPA sitting in the interview round . Percentage of students getting placement is somewhere around 60% .

The fee i paid for my course was around 30K which i think is appropriate seeing the faculty and amenities provided . Right now being a 1st year student , i haven't got any interns or applied for plavements but yeah i think in future in my last year , i will crack some good placement.

Sri Guru Tegh Bahahadur khalsa college has its annual fest named LASHKARA which takes place every year and is very popular in campus with different societies and clubs taking part . It is open to all and other college students can also come to attend it . Societies such as COMSOC , CONFERRO , 180 DC , THE BUSINESS CAFE , LAKSHYA are some of the societies which our college has and it helps in development of students both socially and formally . One can take part in these societies and clubs by filling its forms and then giving interview.

admission process was very comfortable didn't got any issue the whole process was very smooth , i took the cuet exam to get enrolled in this college and the cutoff was around 720+ for general so yaa itself pretty good college . Faculties and aminities are also good and also reservation benefits for sikh minority is 50% seats reserved and others are general . Talking about improvements , yeah i have seen improvements in college admissions as smoother functioning from the college window and ease in document verification.
