Many students are studying here from various places across the country.
The infrastructure of this college is very beautiful and have a separate library. Our science block one of the best attraction

Course Curriculum Overview

I am interested Information Technology and I am passionate in coding and developing software. And this course will be much helpful for accomplishing my journey. The faculties in my college is very friendly and have with a great knowledge in their subjects and many of them have graduated phd in their subjects. And their teaching skills are very good and they are very well taught. We have two exams in one year and is conducted by each semester with six months

Class Size: 69Course Fees: INR 19450 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

My college is coming under a central university and funded by the central government. By this I am a little bit disappointed with these fee's amount. Basically I am not from delhi and I am staying in an hostel. They're providing many scholarships and financial support schemes. I had applied for this all, but no luck with that

Campus Life

Our college will conduct many programs based on festivals in north india, and our annual fest is a well known event "Sabrang" in March. It's one of the biggest in our university. Our college's library is one of the biggest library in Delhi University, and it includes around 5 lakh books and fully air conditioned rooms and it's a modern library also. We have alot of sports activities like Football, Cricket, Volleyball, Archery, Badminton etc. and selection processes will be happen. And our college most famous for Archery and volleyball There are many kind of societies in our college running by students

Hostel Facilities

I'm staying in a PG actually And here the mess is very good and quality is also very good. And it's a kerala PG and mostly Malayalee students are staying here, The rent of out PG is 8000 per month and it's normal rate in our locality

Hostel Fee: INR 96000 per year

Admission

I got admission to this college is through CUET entrance examination and my friend recommended this exam to me. I got selected in OBC category and I haven't no such recommendations through this process

Placement Experience:

placements cells were little challenging . there were really less near to zero placement were there .so thats a problem you have to go for higher studies to get a good job and financial stability mostly students do this only.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum consists of relatable topics and interesting ones as well this is what quite influenced me to take this course. We have labs which help us learn how to prepare various organic compounds which are used in many day to day products . The course also has a 4th year research program. There should be more equipments in lab for the research. The frequency is good for exams being conducted and there level is also quite good

Maitreyi college's BSc life sciences is a three year course and admits almost 130 students . The average package is INR3.40 LAKHS but is very difficult for the students to get placed under this course

Shivaji College Experience

Placement Experience:

The students become eligible for the placements provided by the college in their 3rd year, while they can pursue internship offered by the college in previous years. Average sized companies visited the campus with lots of students being placed for jobs. The highest package I am not aware of but lowest was of around 300000 pa. I plan to pursue masters after my graduation degree.

Life in Kirori Mal College.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th semester. I don't know a lot about campus placements but I know that there is a training and placement cell in our college that provides good packages to many students. Some students got more than 7lpa last year. I will be doing my Post graduation after college and will make a career in academics.

Well you need to very lucky to have been a part of Sri Venkateswara college.Only think we missed back then was auditorium and hostels which am sure are there now.A very positive and caring vibe you got.Reddy Sir our principal in last few months invited me to share tirupati prasad he got that was the level and depth of community interaction and love.

Best college of DU for Mathematics

Remarks:

Canteen of the college is not much good. But it is good for a student. We can make our career in different field from this college. It has provided us playing material so student cam play there favourite game

Life in college so far

I applied to the entire delhi university and got this college in my first preference and overall I was satisfied with the same because of the nirf ranking of the college. Also, I heard a lot about the faculty from some of my cousins who have been an alumni of this college that the faculty is way too good. The admission process revolves around first clearing the cuet(ug) exam and then applying to the delhi university, then there will be 2-3 rounds of Delhi university and you'll be alloted a college as per your preferences and score and cut offs...Read More
