- Small campus size, it is established between congested city area of Liluah
- Sometimes you may find some issues with official works
- You don't get well attention if you are not continuously contacting faculty members
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course because I came to know that in this college previous year placement records are good. In 2024 there are about 200 students in my stream, including all year students, and number of faculties are 18 Most of the faculties are M.Tech and Ongoing PhD and their teaching method is good Term exams are timely taken and someone have to study average to well to pass the exam
Internships Opportunities
Intellipat, Artech, Arteeflow and many more are the companies you get internships from and the job roles are sometimes on sales sometimes for junior developer You can get various projects like web developing and many more things
Placement Experience
From 7th semester students are eligible for campus placements Cognizant, Amazon(sales), Pinnacle infotech, Superprocure, Brainium, Wipro and many more For IT sectors you will find average 5-6 LPA packages and for core you will get average package of 3 LPA Every year 80-85% students are getting placement from the college
Fees and Financial Aid
As per my fees structure we have 1000 rupees hike in every year, that is in first year-40000, second year-41000, third year-42000, fourth year-43000 If you are a West Bengal domicile you can opt for SVMCM scholarship that is from West Bengal government, and jobs are pretty decent which you will get from the college
Campus Life
UTOPIA is the annual fest of MCKVIE and PRAGATI is the tech fest of MCKVIE and they are conducted in the month of January You can avail books for the whole semester for free till fourth semester after that you can avail books for 15 days after that you have to renew the books from library Amenities in class rooms, you get fans, lights, greenboards, sometimes smartboards, projectors This college have annual sports where everyone can participate, whether girls or boys, this college have indoor games, this college have a basketball ground, and someone can join Rotaract and other clubs such as startup club etc. MCKV has many groups and clubs like Rotaract, startup and many more
Admission
Eligibility- You have to pass the 12th standard, After that you have to score a positive rank in WBJEE Where to find application form- If you have a positive rank in WBJEE you can go for counselling and after that if you get the college you can go and take admission in this college, you will get to know about application fees after contact with the college officials Reservation benefits- I didn't opt for reservation so I don't know about reservation benefits in this college Improvement in admission process- I don't think so, that this college need any improvement in admission process because already this college has a very smooth admission process
