I had a passion for this course. The faculty is 1 for students 65. qualification of faculty is minimum phd and maximum of m.s.faculties provided are good .thier teaching is fine. Termly exams are two in a semester. It is fine to pass because the overall pass mark is 50 out of 100, where you can get 30 marks in internals. so it is fine

Placement Experience

From 6 semester you are eligible for placements.amazon, flipkay, Microsoft etc are the companies visited. highest package is 1cr and lowest is 3lpa. Minimum 85% of the students are gettyplaced. My plans after getting the degree is to getting placed in a company

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees structure is some what high for category 1 it is 2lpa and 2 is 3lpa.you may get scholarship when you get your entrance exam between rank of 1-100. You may require minimum of 5 lakhs for an average student

We have two annaul fests one is technovit and vibrance . they are wonderful.we may have good experience when you participate in it.lot of events ,games, knowledge.library is fantastic you will get whatever you eant.sports and extracurricular activities are somewhat low in our campus.dont exoect much as well.our students runs somany of clubs and actiyin our campus.cyscom,white helmets club.ahaar an activity to give somwhat help to poor people conducted by our students.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are low.its a very strict campus.hostel facilities are one bed,one cupboard,study set and hot water etc.revieew of meal is 2.25/5 and menu is wed ,frid and sun we have chicken. Remaining days well get chapathi , idly etc.registartion process for hostel is simple.if you joined in vit , you will get a email from college with an website of thier hostel. You may register there

Hostel Fee: INR 100000 per year

Admission

Admission process is so simple, you have to apply for viteee entrance exam.you have choose your exam date and place it on vit college website. If you have done your exam, results will be published after 7 days , according to your rank got in entrance exam, cut off will be applied for giving seats in different branches. there are no reservation benefits. you can find application form in online, application dated and fees in vit University website. nothing improvement is required. It's a fine process

Specific schedule is not followed in college regarding the academic and co curricular activities. Sudden decisions will be taken by the management which is a bit difficult for the students and faculty too. There were times where faculties are fed up of management rules and decisions.

1.) Placement begins from the pre-final year and we are allowed to apply for companies from the final year. 2.) Around 70% of the class gets placed in reputed companies with an average CTC of 4-8 LPA. 3.) Along with core biotech companies, many IT companies are also hiring students at a very decent package. 4.) I plan to pursue a master's after this course.

Students become eligible for placements in their final year. Many reputed companies like accenture, TCS, zoho, HCL, etc. visited and many of my friends also got placed with a good package. The highest package from my batch was 50lpa in company called motorq. The average package is around 4lpa.

Placement Experience:

The students become elgible for placements right from the 5th semester of their course work. The students who have no standing arrears become elgibile in the first place. There are many companies visiting the college where Infosys, Cognizant, Virtusa are the mass recruiters. The are many other companies like TCS, Wipro, Zoho etc. visiting the college placement drive. On overall 90% of students gets placed every year. The highest package of 25lakhs per annum was offered by amazon for 3 students. My plans after getting degree is to get placed in any of the company.

From final year students and 3rd-year students eligible for attending the campus placements in this campus so many companies are there like Wipro, wheels India, so many IT companies in this average package starting as 18000 to 40000 students should have a minimum percentage of 6.80cgpa eligible for placement I completed the degree I got a placement on IT company.

Balanced Engineering Journey At Vit Chennai

I applied for SRM, once considered admission in LPU but finally chose VIT due it's reputation and strong placements. Other colleges which I applied for required strong jee scores for admission. Is VIT worth it

From th start of the 12th class I wanted IIT and my second option was VIT over NITs because it has very good facilities. I didn't get good marks in my JEE advance so I choose VIT. I had given exams of various other colleges like Kalinga Insititute of technology(KIT), SRM, BITSAT etc. i chose VIT as my college was because it is one of the most renowned colleges of India. VIT has a tag value of its own and it does make a difference if you add "VIT" as your college in your resume. The admission process of this college goes by giving an examination called VITEEE which is held after jee mains. The syllabus for the same is similar to jee mains and the good thing is it has no negative marking. All 12th pass students with a minimum of 60% are eligible to write this entrance test.
