Honest reveiw as a student

I am very much passionate about computer hardware. I am eager to know about the process the protocols and the security works on PCs. That is why I am choosing it. The faculty-to-student ratio is very decent. Many faculties are less trained when giving foundational pieces of knowledge to students, we always prefer YouTube for semester subjects and also in development-related areas. But some faculties are being great and polite. Exams are moderate types but our faculties did not give good marks in internal exams.

From the 7th semester, students get eligible for placements TCS, cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini, DXC, Accenture, IBM,cloudkaptain, and many more giants come to our college for bulk hiring The highest package is likely to be 7 lakhs per annum and the average one is likely to be 3 lakhs per annum. minimum 60 percent of students get placed from cse and ECE and likely other tier 3 colleges core domains jobs are very less due to this everyone doesn't get placed from the core branch

Fees like 3.5 lakhs, they give some kind of financial assistance. In the coronavirus period due to its boom colleges can give good placement but in the recent recession year colleges are unable to give placement for this college every other college is unable to do that in this area.

Hetc organizes a cultural fest called UTKARSHA every year in our end sem. Books are available in less stock. Amenities are in the classroom in less. Every year cricket tournament will be organized in the college playground the cricket is being played in short hands. Every department participated in the tournament. Last year we got runners-up.

The admission process was smooth like I am from the state board, and like every other engineering aspiration I went for Wbjee and scored 8000 in general & 2500 in SC but unfortunately, due to some personal issues, I got admitted to HETC. Students with WBJEE scorecards can be admitted to the college on a counseling basis.
