Course Curriculum Overview
I am studying ECE in this college cause I got a rank of 14K in WBJEE.I wanted to opt CSE but my rank was 14K and last rank for CSE should be 11K.Here Faculty members are good and well educated form top Govt universities like CU , JU , IIT , NSUT etc.Wbjee is a type of hard exam in terms of subject Mathematics cause Chemistry and Physics are pretty descent to do.
Internships Opportunities
Inteships are available to the students from 5 th sem and sometimes also to 4th sem students depending upon their skills.Companies like Tech Mahindra , CGC , NTPC , KPIT , Wipro companies provide inteships to the students and they also provide stipends too.
Placement Experience
Placement is also Good.In CSE and ECE you can get a good CTC of average 6 to 7 Lakhs per annum.And Othe branches it is likely to be low.Inteship opprtunties are good.Higest package gone is 52Lakhs in Amazon.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fees structure is 4 Lakhs for 4 years.Admision fees is 75K and Rest for 4 years semester wise fees is 42K approx.And if hostel charges are included them yearly house rent is 30K and Fooding is 30K approx per year.So with hostel and semester fees the 4 year total costs around 7 to 8 lakhs with miscellaneous expenses
Campus Life
Campus life is good here.It has a beautiful pond in between where the ambience is very good.It has 5 academic buildings 3 hostels and 4 grounds for outdoor sports.Students are very social here and staffs are also good including faculty.
Hostel Facilities
The housing rooms are good.There are 2 beds in a room.2 persons are allowed in one room.Mess food is average.Rooms are pretty decent and good to go.Imdorr faculties of playing games are good.Wifi is available.
Admission
To take admission in this college you need to give WBJEE exam conducted by West Bengal and Jee Mains is also accepted on special cases.It is a Colledge affiliated by AICTE Govt of West Bengal and under MAKAUT Board.In this College last rank for getting CSE thorough Counseling is 11K in WBJEE and ECE till 22K and CSBS till 20K and EEE till 45K and EE till 65K.CSE seats are 180 ECE are aslo 180 rest all departments have 60 Seats.It is a good college for studying and academic purposes because this college has good faculties from IIT and JU and other good govt univesties.Here fees is very minimal.Approx cost for 4 years Btech is 4 Lakhs.
