All over the college is good enough to have depth in your subject and also for competitive exams like GATE, ESE etc.

WBJEE was the exam I participated in and secured a rank of 4081 in general category, I made some research and found that it has a good faculty and opportunity in Electronics and communication engineering department

The courses are well maintained with helpful faculties, they give you opportunities to have some research work and grow your interest in the subjects and find your own domain. They encourage you to do internships and help you out with references. They help you out finding your domain

Our college provides links and references to students to do internships in IIT's, NIT's and private and government sectors, and the stipend varies on the institutions

Placements are not that bad in this college. Robert Bosch, Sapoorji, TCS, CTS have recruited from this college, with an average package of 3.5 lakhs per annum.TPO section helps students to find placements in the companies where the students do internships

Jeclat is the annual cultural festival which is the largest fest in north Bengal, SRISTI is the techno-management festival which is the largest fest in north Bengal, Liberta is the literary fest founded in 2018, Depicta is the drama fest, it has music fest dance fest and inter-college cricket and football tournament. it also organizes tour de jolu the cycling race.

The fee structure of ME, CE, EE are fair enough but the fee structure of ECE, IT, CSE are expensive. ECE have to pay 10000 for each semester and CSE, IT has to pay 20000 per semester along with hostel fees 12000 per semester. The students that reside in the hostel have facilities for free wifi all over the campus and LAN in their hostel rooms.

there is a scholarship program for needy students Half Free Scholarship and Full Free Scholarship along with that Tuition fee waiver program is their, minority students can apply for minority scholarships and OBS/ST/SC students can apply for other scholarships. Alumni scholarships are also present there for the students.

A campus of 165 acres have the gender ratio of 10:1 male: female, there is no political student union in this campus, it has sixteen clubs for cultural and educational growth. Full tolerance in caste, creed, and religion and also in economic status. Students live here with full bond of friendship and unity

Hostel rooms are airy and spacy and have to share with one or two students, you have to apply for a hostel as quickly as possible and aks the proctorial section for that. there is free LAN for each border in the hostel and free wifi for each student. the mess food is good enough for veggies and non-veggies.

Alumni network is too good at this college as the alumni are there all over the world, they help a lot by giving seminars and scholarships to the students as well as referrals.

there are two semesters and have internals for each semester, have lab exams in each semester and yes it is strict.there are total eight semesters and 42 subjects for ECE department. the first year students read the same Syllabus no matter what branch they are from, the departmental subjects are taught from the second year.

After WBJEE results there was an online counselling and then we have to go to the college for further works,the college administration is good enough to control a campus of 165 acres

The faculties in ECE department is good enough to teach you your core subjects, the faculty of EE Dept is strict and very qualified,the faculty of IT department is good enough,the faculty of CSE department is very helpful and qualified and the most growing department of this college, ME and CE faculties are good and strict and qualified.
