TINT Newtown : College Review

They still follow old Makaut Syllabus. But apart from this you can learn many things and i choose this course because i wanted to excel my career in IT industry. Now coming to faculty they are highly skilled and professional and student teacher ratio is good. And if you are joining this college then you dont have to worry about timely sem exams.And these exams are moderate to pass.

I was offered for the role of web developement in 7th sem by internshala. They paid me 1k for one month and certificate. Projects i cannot mention as it is confidential.But Trust me you will enjoy your internship and i will prefer you that get internship by your own.

Fee structure was quite decent when we joined but currently fees structure has taken a long jump and current fees is 7 lakh for 4 years. But if you are joining this college you dont have to think about placement because its quite good and not only this they also helps student to get scholarships but remember these scholarships are only for West bengal people.

If you expecting a good campus then i am sorry you are in wrong place because they dont have proper campus. Library is totally waste. college are not up to the mark no sports activity you can find here only one basketball court is there.This college mainly focuses on student academic and nothing else. College conducts annual fest arambh, tech fests. college also have different types of social groups like coding club, photography club, Tint talkies.

for getting into this college you have appear for Wbjee exam which is conducted by west bengal government after appearing you have to get a rank within 15k for CSE after that you have for the couselling there you will be alloted this college. And if you belongs to ews and you are from west bengal than you can avail for student scholarship.Changes that i want see in the admission process is that they should not charge 50k in the name of training.
