The faculty members at IMIB are highly skilled and professional, specializing in Marketing, Finance, HR and Operations. Many of them hold PhDs in their respective domains. The Marketing and HR faculties, in particular, are exceptional, employing modern techniques in teaching. The PGDM program is structured into three-terms per year, each lasting a maximum of three months. The college emphasizes a student-driven approach, fostering hands-on experience through extensive case study analyses and exploration across various domains, providing valuable exposure to the corporate world.

Companies like Capgemini, Dabur, Aditya Birla, TAFE, Carnival Group and JW Marriott offered roles such as consultants, assistant portfolio managers, digital marketing experts, and finance interns during the placement drive. During the 5th semester, students become eligible to participate in the Placement Process, which typically begins in September.
