Dislikes

Datesheet . Datesheet always late and it will take time.
Security is very big problem in compus especially for girls.
Fees structure is very high for all regular students.

I did this course because I was interested in doing this course.i had to halp the people face the mantle problem so I joined this course to help people and solve their problems.There were 30 students in one faculty The qualification of the faculty is P.hd (NET) qualified and thay have also doctor degree.Our exam were semester wise and there were monthly test also. We also had to give practicals. We had to complete our project in a very short time because of this we had to face some problem.

Class Size: 200Course Fees: INR 10000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

In this course semester wise fees were deposited There was a scholarship test for reservation students after qualifying the test 50%of the fees was waived and no stipend was provided because thay provide internship after this the students used to get a job in the field in which he was used to complete the course.

Campus Life

Our campus is spread over acres .it has different department . It has a central library and also has a department library. Apart from that ther are many facilities for sports is available. Both faculty and students are participate in sports event. Annual functions also take place every year in our college. Apart from all this , maney different types of activities take place in our college .

Admission

The first entrance exam was conducted to take admission in this college.The fee for the entrance exam 250/-. After that Cut-off was released.The name came after released of cut off and then I had to pay 400/- for admission form after that I got admission in this college and I submitted my college fee.

Placement Experience:

The placement here at Sharda was too good. Students start attending the Placement interviews and calls from the last semester. I was personally made into 4 companies and 4 offer letters were offered to me. The average package is 3.8 lakhs per annum and highest was about 11 lakhs. There is 100% placement in every dept. but it depends on students if they want to attend or not. After getting the degree i studied for my PhD entrace and now i am working.

The only specific aspect of choosing this curriculum is I wanna go in a teaching position . I'm doing masters in sociology and it's really help me to prepare well for my future job. Placement are not apt as the cirricullum is. but 3-6 lakh per annum package is average you can expect from Amity University. Almost 20 % student get placed in my couse , I can't say of other courses. I plan to work on counselling part and explore opportunities.

Life at JT Girls Degree College

Course Curriculum Overview:

Since I wanted to become an English Professor, the course really helped me a lot in getting an insight into English Literature. The professors are very encouraging. The curriculum not only relies on the traditional method of teaching but also various co curricular activities are conducted to prepare the students for the real world. Each student is given an opportunity to prove herself. As the exams are conducted annually we get a lot of time to prepare accordingly.

Experience of college life

Remarks:

Overall, I can say that my experience of the college for postgraduate degree is good as of now. Although the course is good, but, I would want more focus to be put on practical learning because after all, it is a practical subject. Other than that, I am content with the facilities provided by the college. I was very interested in the subject and love it personally, so it is a great experience for me.
