Likes

There are variety of courses to choose and that's one of the thing that I liked.
Infrastructure was the first thing I attracted to.
Faculty here is very knowledgeable and supportive.

Dislikes

The classroom should more cleaner and should have more equipped classrooms.
They should use new Machines and technology in laboratories.
Syllabus is vast and they don't manage it very well. Sometimes it's very upsetting for the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

I took the BCA with general specialistion. This course curriculum is good here in the university. The faculty here are the mostly PhDs and they connect with students very well. They are very knowledgeable in their field. There are 3 class test in the semester and a final semester exam which are pretty tough.

Fees and Financial Aid

Since I took the BCA with general specialistion I had to give 26000 per semester. And also I had to examination fees which was nearly 4000 rupees. They also give discounts or so called scholarship on the basis of 12th marks. They also give information about several other scholarship by the government.

Campus Life

I'm a hosteller here so I can tell about my campus life property since it's like my new home for 3 years now. The environment here is very social and good.They also organise many annual fest and tech fest like Freshers and Indian tech fest etc. There are books for the academics and several other types books present in libraries like journals etc.

Hostel Facilities

They provide 4 beds in a room with good enough space and attached bathroom and washroom. There's a balcony and 4 almirahs too in the room. There's self serving system in hostel mess and they provide different foods everyday in a week 4 times a day.The quality of the meal is decent.The hostel fees is 70000 and most of the students could easily afford this.

Admission

The admission process starts with submission of some documents like aadhar card, 12th marksheet, 10th marksheet etc.Then we had to give an entrance exam which was based on the syllabus of 12th syllabus. And between that we had submit the fees of course which was nearly 26000 per semester.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose the BCA program because of my interest in software development and web technologies. The curriculum’s focus on core subjects like Java, C++, and Database Management Systems (DBMS) was a major deciding factor, as these are the building blocks for a career in IT. ?The syllabus could be updated more frequently to include emerging technologies like Cloud Computing or AI/ML as core subjects rather than electives. Moving away from traditional rote learning toward more project-based learning would be beneficial. More frequent industry guest lectures would also bridge the gap between academia and corporate life The exam will be I would rate the difficulty as moderate. If you stay consistent with your lab work and internal assignments, the end-semester exams are quite manageable. The technical papers (like Mathematics or Architecture) tend to be the most challenging.

The Good and the Bad about BBD University by a second year student

Placement Experience:

Placement in my college are very very average. I say below average because the placement average package of average 500 students was around 4 lakhs. And there are more than 10,000 students in my college. So the placement is very low. And the highest package for BCA, was around 10,00,000 and engineering around 20,00,000. An MBA was also around 13 to 14 lakhs. So the placement is very bad in my college.

Talk about why I choose BCA I want to become a software engineer and many people in my family have placed on good posts after being inspired by them, I chose this course. All Faculties are good and everyone has a lot of experience in their work also support students. Faculty qualification is best and their way of teaching and explaining is also good. Placement Experience:

From the 5th sem we eligible for the campus placement, There are various highly-reputed companies that come for the placement such as Microsoft, Paytm, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, hcl, etc. Their average package is 2.2 lakh per annum And the highest package is 10 lakh per annum, The average of students for the placement is 80-90%. My plan is to get a good placement from there and to do a job for one or two years after that I will prefer higher education.

Actually i didn't apply for any other college because TMU is nearest and well reputed university from my hometown. The admission process different for uttar pradesh students they have to qualify an entrance exam but in case of outside uttar pradesh there is no entrance exam conducted for those students. The eligibility for admission is 45% + marks in 12th class and a good jee percentile and cuet marks are also considered here. I did not apply to any other college because where I live in Moradabad, this is the best university there because here I mean there is hundred percent placement and the admission structure is also good.
