I wrote Jee mains examination to enter into the college.I scored 195 marks and opted for electrical and electronics engineering.My seniors and friends tell me that college is so excellent in the teaching-learning process.I also got the information about college from different websites.

The curriculum is not bad and covers all the necessary topics but a little bit hectic. Focus on practical learning is high in some of the subjects. The professors have ensured that the student gets a very deep understanding of the subject rather than just bookish knowledge. Although, this isn't true for all subjects as in some subject you just have to read for passing the exams.

yes, our college provides internship but it is not mandatory to do our internship through college and we are free to choose a company. There are quite good opportunities to get an internship through college. Companies like Amazon, Morgan Stanley are some big names in which we can get internships through college.The stipend varies from 0-40000.

About 75% of students gets placed and almost 12-15 companies come for each department. Package given by the companies varries from 5lakh to 35lakh. Highest package ever was given by to CSE student with package of around 1lakh US Dollar and also mechanical and electrical students have highest packages. Avg package in our college is 10-15lakh.Some big companies which visits the college are amazon,quallcom etc.

Academic fees is rs 133200 per annum including tuition fees of rs 125000.Hostel fees is around 70000 which also includes the mess charges.If you are from SC/ST category or having an annual family income of less than 1 lakh tuition fees will be waived to you and if having family income between 1-5 l.p.a. then 2/3rd of the tuition fees will be waived to you. Overall fee is expensive than other NITs.

College has students from all over the nation and few students are from foreign countries.There are many events like Department Gathering and Institute Gathering where we all get a chance to interact with each other and enjoy.There were many competitions for the students related to each field and they are all very good.

In the first year the students need to share their room with four members. From second year on wards double, and sharing rooms are given to us. There are separate hostels for boys and girls.Mess is inside the hostel only.Outdoor and indoor sports easily you can play here and hostels have too much greenery which is quite good.

We have good alumni structure. Alumni team elects a student from the class as a representative and interacts with students through him, they provide good internships and funds to the college.There is an office for alumni section where anyone can go and share their views and can interact with them.

After the announcement of JEE mains results i applied for counselling conducted by JoSAA.Then after the 7th round of counselling we had three days of time for the completion of admission process in which college verified all our documents.And after all these office works I paid fees and got admission in the college.
